Snow is a novelty here in PDX so I had to snap a shot of a blanketed Man Cottage while it lasted. Then I promptly built a fire in the wood stove and got it nice and cozy in there.
Mid century modern nightstands
An ongoing project over the last year and a half has been working on and furnishing a vacation house on Anderson Island in the Puget Sound. The place has a mid century modern feel to it and the next pieces are a pair of nightstands for the master bedroom. They'll be solid maple with walnut drawer fronts. Here's one of them in progress.
Bangin' out some cabinet doors
The Canned Ham Project is set to go on a maiden camping voyage this coming spring so we have a new fire lit under us to finish up the last details. One of those details is a pair of doors for the closet that will some day also serve as a liquor cabinet. But that's a project for another day. Today, camping is the priority.
